Team tab
Inviting colleagues, what each role can do, and how shared access works across brands.
The Team tab is where the account owner invites colleagues and manages what they can do. It is visible only to the owner — editors and viewers do not see it at all. It is available on the trial as well as on a paid plan.
Inviting someone
Enter their email address and choose a role. They receive an invitation link; accepting it either signs them in or takes them through creating an account.
Invitations are per account, not per brand — an accepted invitation gives access to the account's brands under the role you chose. See Brands.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing, team management and deleting brands |
| Editor | Change prompts, groups, competitors, brand settings; run audits |
| Viewer | Read dashboards, metrics, audits and reports |
Full detail, including what "read-only" means in practice, is on Team roles.
Managing members
- Change a role at any time; it takes effect on the member's next request.
- Remove a member to revoke access immediately. Their historical actions and the data they created remain.
- Pending invitations can be revoked before they are accepted.
There is exactly one owner per account. Everything billing-related belongs to that person.
Practical notes
- Give analysts Viewer. Read-only access covers everything needed to interpret the dashboard and prevents accidental edits to the prompt set — and prompt-set changes make period comparisons incomparable.
- Editors change what is measured. An edited prompt set changes future metrics for everyone on the account, so keep the editor group small and deliberate.
- Invite by work email. Access is tied to the address, so a personal address that later leaves the company is harder to reason about.
