Dashboard overview

What each block of the dashboard shows, the filters that scope all of them, and the order to read them in.

The dashboard is one brand, one prompt group and one period at a time. Everything on the page answers the same question from a different angle: are AI assistants naming us, and why not?

Filters — set these before reading anything

FilterEffect
BrandSwitches the entire workspace: prompts, competitors, metrics, audits
GroupWhich prompt set the metrics cover
Period24h, 7d or 30d, or a custom range — see Reporting periods
AssistantRestricts metrics to one assistant, or shows all enabled ones

Most confusing numbers turn out to be a filter difference. Check the scope before concluding a metric moved.

The blocks

Brand visibility. Your headline Visibility for the period, with the change against the previous period of the same length.

Trend chart. Visibility over time, one line per brand, with a metric switcher — the same chart also plots Share of Voice, Position and Sentiment. Each point is a day; runs from the same day are pooled into one point so a day with two runs does not count twice.

Competitors. Every tracked brand, ranked, with visibility, share of voice, average position and sentiment side by side. This is the fastest read of the competitive picture — see Competitors.

Sources. The domains cited across the period's answers, with citation share and coverage. The actionable block: see Citations & Sources.

Prompt gaps. The prompts whose answers never mentioned you — see Prompt gaps.

Reading order

  1. Visibility — where do we stand, and did it move?
  2. Trend — is the move real or a one-day wobble?
  3. Competitors — who moved in the opposite direction?
  4. Prompt gaps — which specific questions are we losing?
  5. Sources — what would we have to change to win them?

Stopping at step 1 is the common mistake. The number tells you the score; steps 4 and 5 tell you the work.

Change indicators

Deltas compare the selected period against the immediately preceding period of the same length. They appear only when there is enough history for a fair comparison — a two-day-old account shows values without deltas rather than a misleading arrow.

For Position, lower is better, so a decrease is shown as an improvement.

When the dashboard is empty

  • No prompts yet — add them in the Prompts tab.
  • Prompts added, no answers yet — collection runs on a schedule; see Data freshness.
  • Data exists but the period is empty — widen the period, or check whether the selected assistant is one you actually track.
