Trial and paid plans
What the trial includes, what changes when you move to a paid plan, and what happens when the trial ends.
Every new account starts on a trial. It is a working version of the product with limits chosen so the full workflow is reachable — set up a brand, track prompts, read a dashboard, run the audits.
What the trial includes
| Trial | |
|---|---|
| Duration | A fixed period from registration |
| Assistants | ChatGPT |
| Prompts | A capped set |
| Collection | A fixed number of scheduled requests |
| Site audits | Available |
| Team | Available |
The badge in the top bar shows where you stand: how much of the trial period is left, and how much of the request allowance remains. Both are enforced, and the trial ends at whichever runs out first.
Time and requests are separate limits, and the request allowance is usually the one that ends the trial. Every prompt refreshed on a cycle spends a request, so a large prompt set consumes the allowance quickly.
Getting the most from the trial
- Set up on day one. The clock runs from registration, not from your first prompt.
- Run the site audits immediately. They need no collection cycle and produce findings you can act on the same day — see Report tab.
- Start with a small, focused prompt set. A handful of prompts you genuinely care about gives you data across several days; a large set spends the allowance on a single snapshot. Several days is what makes a trend readable — see Data freshness.
- Connect Google Search Console early, so the prompt set is grounded in real demand rather than guesses.
When the trial ends
Scheduled collection stops and on-demand refreshes are rejected. Your data, prompts, competitors and audits remain — the account becomes read-only for new collection, not erased.
Paid plans
Moving to a paid plan lifts the trial limits:
- All assistants enabled for your account, not ChatGPT alone — see AI assistants
- A prompt limit set for your account
- Ongoing scheduled collection instead of a one-off allowance
- Multiple brands, where your account has them enabled — see Brands
To move to a paid plan, or to discuss limits that fit your prompt set, get in touch — our contact details are on your profile page, see Settings.
Team access is not a paid-plan feature — inviting colleagues works on the trial too. See Team roles.
